Best service anywhere. Fast, efficient, and they wash your car!
I few months ago when I was looking for a car, I went to the Subaru dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. They had my dream car on the lot and I got to drive it home that day! When I went in for an oil change, not only was the service quick but I got a car wash too!!
Love my Subaru! Best Service Department... Jimmy who sold me my car.. always comes over to say hello and not only ask how I am but my daughter Jessie, who also owns a Subaru!
I carried my Forrester in for its first oil change. I did not purchase it from Chatham Subaru, but I was treated as if I had. Wait time was not long. Brandon made sure all questions were answered and I was taken care of. I could not have had better service.

From sales the service I am very satisfied. Went in for a quick oil change and service department noted that I needed scheduled maintenance service and did it even though I was in the express oil change driving. Made me very happy.

Went Subaru to have recall work done on my wife's Outback Sport. The recall was for a Takata airbag, it was not Subaru's fault of the recall. I had an appointment 930 and expected 3-3.5 hours so maybe get out 1230 or 1. I got there early and they took me right on in and got started. The computer said there was a brake line inspection recall also so they did all that while I was there. They topped up my oil as I have a leaky valve cover on this 12 year old car.
