So I had purchased an outback from Chatham Subaru and no issues. Service was very good. I talked to them about a trade and they offered me $3,000 less then CarMax right down the road. Car didn’t have a scratch and they tried to say it was in fair condition! Won’t trade a car in their again.... BTW it was 2017
