We've always had the best service from the Chatham Parkway Subaru dealership. The service representatives keep us well informed, if we wait for our car. On my last visit, it was a longer job, therefore; they made sure I had a loaner so I didn't have to sit for several hours.
RecommendedAdam was efficient in taking our car for service when we arrived, service department diagnosed faulty cell in battery and replaced. Before leaving dealership Adam corrected sound system when I complained of poor quality.
