They are the Best! Everyone is great from sales to finance officers to the Receptionist and owners
The salesmen were friendly however they didn't budge much on price negotiating. We gave them a chance and they didn't meet our expectations so we headed over to Subaru of Jacksonville (FL) to receive better priced used Subaru along with full warranty and extra bumper to bumper warranty up to 100,000 miles. Subaru CP cover those up to 30,000 or 60,000 miles. I wouldn't recommend CP when it comes to negotiating prices. Their customer service is friendly, I'll give them that.
As much as I love your "wild card service special" advertisements and know just how well you take care of customers cars. Cough drops them from lifts. I would truly love being taken off your mailing list since you are in Georgia and I am in New York. And I just hope you can forgive your idiotic/just flat out stupid employee who put a New York State household on a mailing list for discounts to a dealership in Georgia..... Oh and I hated working with you, mike was the only cool person.
Outstanding service. They know the true meaning of customer service. These guys really know how to raise the bar!
Such a great group of people! No pressure; such a pleasant buying experience. Jimmy (sales) was so nice and made it easy and Mark (finance) was great too. Can't wait to get my Outback on Monday!
