I've been living here since 2020, very friendly community, great staff, reasonable rent prices, great maintenance people. Special thanks to Kiana for being so polite and welcoming, and a thank you to Clarence for handling all our maintenance needs. Thank you Chatham Forest!

Great staff! Kiana and the office staff are quick to respond to requests and questions. The maintenance staff works so hard to keep everything running and looking good year round. We have lived here two years and it's a blessing some people may take for granted, to have a place to live and be in safety and comfort, and to have people like the staff looking out for the residents. Thank you.

I have lived here for several years and because it is privately owned I feel at ease, you don’t have to worry about different rules, fees and astronomical rent increases. Chatham Forest is close to downtown, which has spent millions to create a safe and friendly environment. Also greenway trails that are maintained and scenic. I hope to remain here for several more years. Also, our courtesy officer is fantastic and he puts me at ease knowing he is always a phone call away. Great job Pat, Ethan, Kiana and Clarence!
