If your desperate this place will do Maintenance requests do not get answered here. Whether you submit them online or tell the manager or realty company directly, nothing gets fixed in a timely manner or even at all. The pipes in our kitchen weren’t attached and there’s a giant hole with the pipes exposed and leading to the outside. We’ve been missing a burner and drip pans on our stove since we moved in about a month ago. There’s cockroaches, huge cockroaches. Terrible neighborhood Live here now and looking for another apartment, stuff is always being stolen from my patio. My MOTORCYCLE was stolen from this place. We have swamp coolers, stuff is always breaking in the apartment and it take weeks to months for it to get fixed by maintenance. Wish I would have never moved here to be honest. Save your money and find a different place to stay.
