Never even moved into my apt and still didn't get the whole deposit back. Also, the people in the office are unprofessional and rude. They lie, cheat, and steal.
Lots of things in the apartments are old, but it's all taken care of in my opinion. A little expensive, but that's a college town. So far anything that we requested was responded to immediately.
Lived here for three weeks and maintenance had already broken our bathtub and made a mess of our bathroom.

They'll tell you it's been fixed and it hasn't been. Friends apartment was ruined twice. Lost tons of stuff, they wouldn't cover it, and maintenance broke their stuff.
