Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel!! This was our first stay at your hotel. Since we were only getting to stay one night, they upgraded our room. We were so appreciative of the upgrade because we were celebrating our 10th anniversary & it made our stay extra special. Our room was very clean and well appointed. This is a beautiful resort, with lots of nice amenities. The room was very comfortable, although it smelled a bit musty. We had dinner in the Atrium Cafe the first night and our waiter disappeared for long periods at a time. My husband ordered the Cod and it was literally just 2 tiny pieces of fish. We were sad that we wasted our $50 food credit on a very unsatisfactory meal. The grounds are gorgeous and there are waterfalls everywhere, overall we love the hotel and will definitely come back.

The resort is very nice and felt comfortable. We were there on a marriage retreat with several other couples from our church and i feel like they did a great job accomodating us, especially when they seved us dinner. The food was good and the servers were polite very quick to clear dirty dishes from the tables. The only concern I have is our room was not cleaned while we were out, and when they did come at 3:30 PM the maid just walked right in. First of all I am a local and did not use the hotel. But I did go for a Sunday Brunch yesterday. We were seated out in the atrium cafe at a table literally in the waitress station. We would have had a better dining experience at the IHOP. The food was good. Not exceptional. The host that seated us acted like he could not believe we did not have a reservation and we were totally putting a huge strain on the restaurant for not having one. (I.e. Very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby/atrium. Stayed here two nights with two teenaged boys while visiting Table Rock Lake/Branson. Rooms were clean and spacious & bathroom was very large, nice and had lots of counter space. Beds were comfy, pillows were good. Wish our room had a mini fridge (and microwave too)--that should be standard in this level of hotel. Had a nice lunch on the outside terrace but that was our only experience with food. I had a blast here. I just wish that dogs were not allowed. I'm super allergic and saw a dog in the spa area... ugh!!!!! But, The spa, the pools, the eucalyptus face towels, the food, the mochas, ice cream, gift shops, everything, so wonderful.
