The hotel and view from our lakeview room were beautiful. The staff were friendly and the ambiance was very nice. Would have like to have had a jacuzzi tub and expected the room to be a bit more lavish like the rest of the hotel. We didn't even have a small refrigerator in the room. Over-all a nice stay and would return again.

Just went to see the Gingerbread houses, and the nativity. Very nice! Have not stayed there yet, looking forward to it in the near future.
We were not staying at the hotel, but we visited to see the Christmas décor and the gingerbread houses. It was our first time there, and we were blown away! What a beautiful facility! The nativity scene and gingerbread houses are worth a stop to see during the holidays, for sure. We'll be back!
