When I checked my room had a terrible smell. Housekeeping sprayed room down however did not help. Hey we're unable to change my room because they were sold out. Main restaurant was only marginal. Potato cakes tasted old, butter had "refrigerated" foul taste. Bread was at least day+ old. Rib eye was good
This is a wonderful place to stay, the staff are very courteous and helpful! The rooms are fantastic with a view that is out of this world!! The room service is yummy!! Just loved it here!!! The service was superb! Loved the waiters by the pool, and the cleanliness of the hotel and room was top of the line!!! They bent over backwards to please and we will definitely be back! Beautiful!!!!
My husband and I just celebrated out 11th anniversary with a stay at this resort over Memorial Day weekend, and had a FABULOUS time! The mattress was so comfortable, and the waterfall created such a lovely white noise, we got the best sleep we've had in ages our first night there. We love that towels are provided by the pool and that you can order your lunch and drinks from poolside. When you need some R&R this is the place to come.
I made reservations for a 50th anniversary get away and they charged my account for the first night stay at the time I made the reservation, weeks before arrival. I inquired why did they charge my account already? Their response was "that is what management wants", needless to say I cancelled our reservation and went somewhere else that had better customer service! I did get my money back!
