I highly recommend staying far away from any and all Tonti properties. Their poor customer service and unwillingness to work with you through any issues you may face is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Parking is always full, trash rarely has room to throw things away, the accommodations are subpar and poorly kept. Their prices for the basic services and amenities offered are also extremely high and showing loyalty through your lease terms are not rewarded with more competitive rates, if anything they spike.
