Absolutely heartless! How could you have a vehicle full of emergency supplies heading to an area of disaster from Hurricane Laura! This is disgusting and inhuman! You should be ashamed of yourselves! The lord doesn’t sleep, you should make things right!
money is their God and during a state of emergency they will extort you for their gain.
Management and staff are disgusting. Unhelpful, unresponsive and uncaring. Take your money and go somewhere to a place that will care about you and your family!
Vehicle with Uhaul that was full of supplies for People that was affected by Hurricane Laura was towed by the management of this complex. How cold and heartless😡
I certainly would not recommend this place after reading the reviews. Not sure how they sleep at night after treating people that way.
Darcy needs to learn customer service and how to handle residents. They also need better, clearer, policies on how to handle situations.

I had late payment on my rent for February. I was served a five date notice then possession letter for non payment of rent to go to court. The owner or property manager wouldn't talk to me or considered a legal agreement before court I am African American!!! I think they are racist because if it was a white person they wouldn't have did that.
