I ordered an arrangement yesterday for my daughter in Washington DC. I live in Texas and trusted that what was ordered was beautiful. My daughter was sweet about what I bought, but when she sent a picture of the finished product, it was NOTHING like I ordered! When I called to inform them I was unhappy with the arrangement, he said he was sorry but he didn't have carnations and he substituted roses and that was worth more money. Wow. I disregarded the reviews because this place was right next door and I only needed a few flowers for Valentine's Day. I left 40 minutes later having spent $30 on TWO ROSES and ONE white tulip. The best part of my experience was while my "arrangement" was being prepared at a painstakingly slow pace, the woman working in the flower shop ran next door to CVS to buy a batch of roses in order to resell them at >3x CVS price in her shop. Sent my mother flowers for mothers day. Paid on a card. Weeks later they refunded my card and said she wasnt home so they didnt leave them. Never called either of us. I called to speak to the owner. He was of no help! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE
