You get what you pay for and a bit more. They’ve updated so much over the 3 years we’ve been here. New windows that are amazing, painted the building and updated the pool room/gym. Management is helpful and always in when they say they are going to be. I don’t use laundry facilities much, but when I do, they are always working & plenty on site so you can always use them. Downside: parking, but that’s a lot of places these days. Other than that, I can see improvements and everyone is friendly.

One of the most affordable apartment complexes in Anaheim! I have lived here for 4 years, and over time, I have seen many improvements in the security and amenities. Management is always looking for new ways to help the tenants feel safe and comfortable. The office staff is very accommodating, and I love that they know all the residents by name. I am so glad I found this hidden gem of an apartment complex, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home =)

Great Place to call home! Stacy and Jenny sure knows how to make you feel at home! shot out to our maintenance team too! they get the job done same day. I like my Neighbors we get along just fine! the complex is nice but only if we could all picked up after our mess. So dear Neighbors lets keep our home clean :) HOME SWEET HOME
Worst place to live. Management sucks. There's no parking anywhere. The people from the outside apartment complexes come and party by the pool and use the parking spaces inside. The only thing good about this place is the maintenance crew. Don't rent from here
