I have mixed feelings about this processing facility, but overall my experience was positive. Before processing, I spoke with the owner, who came across as knowledgeable, honest, and willing to answer my questions. My wife and I brought in a steer to be processed a few months ago. We completed the cut sheet online and also called the staff to make sure they understood exactly how we wanted the animal processed.
