ZERO WAIT TIME FOR NURSE AND DOCTOR. MY APPT. WAS FOR 2PM. I ARRIVED AT 1:50 AND WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN INTO THE OFFICE. I HAD A THOROUGHVISIT, EKG, DISCUSSION WITH DOCTOR AND WAS OUT OF THERE BY 2:30!!! VERY IMPRESSED.
I was given a heart cath because of cheat pain and six months later I haven't had anymore pain.
Worst experience with a physician I’ve ever experienced. Attempted to ask a question about a test he was ordering and he dismissed me in a very condescending tone and told me how bout I wait until he finished his assessment first and then I could ask questions. Then never gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Was rude to the point I cancelled my follow appointment and never went back. He talked badly about his patients to other doctors where other patients could hear. Was shocked and disappointed with the entire visit.
My mother had a heart attack a year prior to writing this. Trotter was the one who helped put in a new stent. Ever since then she was complaining of chest pain and her heart went from 50 to 35 and he kept telling her she was having anxiety to go home. 6 months later she ended up in a different hospital for chest pain. They told us her stent was 98% blocked and she was on all the wrong medicine. She told trotter something was wrong and he kept dismissing her. I do not recommend.
Dr. Trotter listened patiently to my concerns about chest pain while taking a detailed cardiac family history. He eased my mind through education on heart function and which cardiac test would be appropriate for me. His calming voice and clear instructions during my test helped to ease my anxiety level. Dr. Trotter reviewed and explained test results before I left testing room. He left me with a calming peace that all is well cardiac wise and I will return should any heart problems arise.
