What beautiful construction we have here at Chase Knolls. Heavy vibrations every morning starting at 8am, the bang-crash-beeping of construction workers digging multi-story underground parking garages and new $3500+/month apartments when half of their current units are unoccupied. Shall I go on? How about the letters taped to the doors telling us about rent increases during a state of emergency. A very lovely place to live.
Great housing, horrible customers service since it's new management, illegally raise prices to current residents, leading office is unfriendly and care little to residents, new management is under few lawsuits from residents within 2 months of new ownership.
Best kept secret in the Valley...even all of LA! Historical landmark built in 1949, it is 14 acres and only 260 apartments. Dog-friendly, quiet and lush grounds make it an amazing place to live.
terrible management – beautiful apartments, management are complete idiots. 1 month living there and i had nothing but problems. Parking was the worst, i had 6 different spots given to me in 1 month. My guess is they don't know how to manage and keep records of who owns what spot. If you don't own a car this place is great to live at. It's a good location and the units are pet friendly.
