Erik replaced our furnace after we had a cracked heat exchanger on our old unit. We live in Windham so he swung by quickly to confirm that it did need to be replaced, and then was able to order a new one and get it replaced a couple days later. He also dropped off electric heaters to help keep the house warm for the day we were without heat. He did clean work and improved upon the exhaust and setup of the system. Erik from Chase Heating and Cooling provided the highest level of service when my elderly mother suddenly lost heat at her home this past Sunday. He responded to my urgent text message immediately and was able to fit her into his busy work schedule the very next day, Monday. What's more, he went above and beyond by helping her switch on her gas fire place then checked that both her carbon monoxide alarms were working and replaced them with new batteries to ensure that she would be warm and safe until he returned.
