We recently had the second floor and the staircase carpet replaced by Chase Flooring. The price was competitive, and the job was well done. We are particularly happy with the staircase carpet installed by Mark.
Their "life time warranty" is a joke and a fraud. I had 14 tiles that Chase installed crack and they refused to honor their warranty. None of the builder installed tiles have had any issues in my house. Not only that, but they then wanted to charge me $1500 to replace the tiles... 3 times what other companies quoted me for the repair work. Chase refused to give me a detailed quote on how they came up with that ridiculous amount.
I had a great experience Phil Powell was my sales person. The crew was hard working they installed 1,700 sq.ft of tile and carpet without a hitch. Very courteous and polite.
Chase Flooring is professional and provides a high quality service and product. They truly set the bar when it comes to customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work Chase team, you are an honor to work with.
Great sales people but horrible installation supervisor. Don't accept his word and don't expect return phone calls by manager or owner. I will never recommend this company.
