I had the pleasure of working with Chase, and MaryAnn Walker on a recent purchase where I was helping our buyers with their financing. Unfortunately, as we were approaching closing our purchase we discovered we had run into an unscrupulous builder/developer, who was not going to honor our contract and close the transaction.
