*DO NOT RENT FROM HERE* I lived at Chase from 2015-2018. The apartment was in okay condition when I moved in. The carpet turned my socks brown when I first moved in. I asked them to replace the carpet and never received a response. This is a common problem with this place. Most texts, calls, and emails go unnoticed.
