Okay. So im pretty sure these people run a scam. They may do actual business. But here's a play by play of my experience with them: May 2025. My ac breaks. I call them, schedule for tomorrow. They say they'll call when they get there. They did not. Next day I call them back, they tell me the guy left when no one answered the door. I reminded them that they told me they would call. I had scheduled an appointment at least a week in advance for someone to take a look at my AC on 6/19/25 at 8AM. I waited an hour before calling to see if anyone was going to come to the scheduled appointment. The lady who answered advised me that they weren’t sure why the appointment was scheduled since they were doing an install out of town that day. I called today and they were literally here today. Got my Furnace back up and running in a matter of 10 minutes. Both the guys that came to my house was very respectful And very Knowledgeable. Thank you God bless 🙌 🙏 I know who I will call any time I need something done
My heater needed service because it won't turn on. I was told that someone would come today (Friday) at 3:00. At 3:48, I called to ask when they plan on coming because nobody showed up and they close at 4:30. The girl (that set up the appointment) laughed and said oh, I probably should have called to tell you but the guy that was supposed to come went to North Judson instead of returning to Logansport.
