Horrible customer service and staff all around.
Please, please, please if you are forced to use them ask for an itemized price list of billed through your insurance vs self pay (even if you have insurance). They were going to charge my insurance $80 a day for a therapy that self pay was only $27 a day. While the $80 would count towards my out of pocket maximum, with a $3000 deductible, the cash pay option would save me over $1700 in a month! Whats worse is their supervisor tried to pressure and manipulate me into using my insurance so they get the higher revenue. Not want... read more

Hit or miss refills. One month get refill with 7 doses left, this month two doses left and no refill in sight. Poor follow-up!
I grow tired of being forced to write these type of reviews, but the healthcare system in this country has become abysmal and it's rare to find any doctors that truly want to help you. This place sends unqualified nurses to the homes of low-income folks that can't afford to have real nurses come and treat them. If I'm not careful, the one they sent my way will be the death of me. I tried to call her supervisors to get a new nurse, but they are adamant about protecting her terrible decisions, which has forced me to just stop ... read more
