My wife and I are here after seeing the great reviews. The food was extremely bland and lacked seasoning across the board. The staff was helpful in accommodating food allergies but both of our food was sub par. The waiter provided a nice wine recommendations but an overall let down.
Incredible, outstanding, unique. Reserving a table was easy. The atmosphere was very quaint and calming; just what I needed after a month of chaotic work. The customer service was exquisite, especially as E was waiting on three tables and K was cooking up magic in the kitchen. The food was so good!! Great time here as out of towners from New York. Feels like a spot in Brooklyn nestled in Norfolk
I sought out Chartreuse Bistro based off of reviews prior to visiting the Norfolk area. I am really glad I was able to stop in for lunch. The service was incredible & the menu was unique in a way that makes you want to go back to see what else they come up with. I had a great time & wish the owners the best to keep doing what they do.
May be the best restaurant in Norfolk. Food, service, atmosphere and wine were perfect.
