Sure, the front desk and maintenance people are nice, but these apartments are borderline a scam. Old, water damaged or otherwise badly damaged units and appliances. I had to have my dishwasher replaced (after it leaked everywhere), my sink leaked on 3 separate occasions, the oven doesn't get over 300F (checked with an oven thermometer after many failed bakes), bathroom sink and cabinets are just plain plywood nailed over what I assume is water damage, the roof of my room crumbled plaster onto my bed. I’ve loved living here these past three years and I will be sad to leave after graduation. The office staff are some of the friendliest people and really make you feel like you’re part of a community. The apartments are older but have been kept up and are well maintained. The few maintenance requests I’ve put in are answered in a timely manner. The location is good, close to FSU, TCC, and Publix. A few restaurants are walking distance. I would recommend living here to anyone who asks me!

not the worst place if u don't mind 200$ utility bills and mold and bugs everywhere due to the old window screens/frames and huge front door gaps. one time i saw a roach crawl INTO the wall, leading me to believe that's where they live, needless to say im rarely home. Update: there are now roaches the size of mice in the laundry building :|
I heard that this unit is going to completely tear down in the coming August 1st. So anybody looks for apartment in this unit is entirely unavailable!
