Dr. Palchick is always able to take the time to hear the patient's concerns and to become familiar with the patient's needs. He is up to date in advances in medical procedures but will refer the patient if needed.

I just love them.. they have always helped me and they see me as soon as I call.. If you had a problem with them you made the problem.. They are the nicest people to deal with.. I just love them all... would never go no where else....

I have been seeing Dr. Bennett for migraines for the past year. I am still happy with Dr. Bennett himself and his level of care, but I'm not sure what is going on with his administrative staff. The office staff is less than pleasant to deal with (prescription refills, appointments and reschedules, etc.); it seems that lack of customer service and rudeness is a requirement at this office. I have been a patient of Dr. Bobby for years and have complete confidence in him. He will sit and explain or answer all my questions with patience and respect. If Imam fearful of a medical issue he takes the time to answer me truthfully and quell my fears.
