Received care from Charter Oak Home Care for my dad who has Alzheimer’s. They were so good to him. His assistant home care person was wonderful and very helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond to help us out. This last year was very difficult and things changed fast. I would recommend them in an instant!

Charter Oak only offers per diem positions for caregivers, so when I accepted a FT position elsewhere, they fired me because I wasn’t able to retain a client who I served for 1.5yrs. After many praises from multiple clients about my work the office awarded me twice with the accolade of being a “hero”. Despite that and instead of keeping me on as a per diem employee, they just fired me.
