Very friendly peoples and the know what they do,
Took all 3 of my children here for the second time. Not only were the hygienists friendly, they made my kids feel special. One of my children has a really hard time at the dentist and shuts down. A couple of times at a different dentist they weren’t even able to do the cleaning. Not here! He left laughing and smiling! Thank you for making him comfortable.
Had my first cleaning with Elizabeth. She was gentle and continuously asked me how I was doing. She did an excellent job and had some very good advice on how to keep my teeth in tip top shape. I look forward to seeing her again in 6 months. Dr. Shepard is awesome as well, she came in right after my cleaning was complete and did a complete exam quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff are a pleasure to work with as well. I will not hesitate to recommend North Suburban Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The dentist is painless and comforting. If going to the dentist can be a pleasant experience, then this is truly it. I've had major work done on my teeth and have to say that I've felt totally confident and secure in the work of Dr. Carol Shephard.
Very pleased with recent visit to North Suburban Dental. Front desk reception very welcoming and professional. Dental technician and dentist very efficient with examination process followed by a practical treatment plan.

Tiffany was very thorough and professional in her approach to cleaning and polishing my teeth. I would highly recommend her to others. Dr. Watson has a remarkable bedside manner and is meticulous with her exam, care and treatments. I think she’s the absolute best!! North Suburban Dental of Mundelein ROCKS!
