Always great service at this office. I have been a patient of this office for over 27 years! Saw Dr. Watson for the first time, she is awesome!
I had not been to the dentist in over a year due to COVID. I was able to get in quickly and they set my mind at ease. My teeth are shiny and they feel awesome. Dr Shepherd is one of the of the best dentists I have gone to in years. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.
Had an excellent cleaning and exam. Painless, quick, and everyone was very nice. Office and exam rooms very clean. Took great COVID precautions. Highly recommend!
Professional and courteous staff. They explain everything that needs to be done and why, preventive measures, insurance costs, and anything else that has to do with your oral health. Low stress and clean office.
Staff is very welcoming, from the minute I walked in. I was was greeted and treated very professionally from start to finish. Being a life long Mundelein resident I will recommend this Practice to my Family and friends.
In the age of COVID, masks, face shields and all the rest, it's not easy to make jokes or get people to laugh at them. But my dental hygienist and dentist did, and reciprocated. I felt more than welcome. All my questions were answered.
I have gone to this dental office through all its different identities for many years. When Dr. Zeffery retired, I was very sad but since seeing Dr. Watson, I am back to happy again. She's great!
Everyone at this office is so kind and friendly! My whole family was in this week and every one of us had a great experience. The hygienists, front desk and doctors all make you feel comfortable and invited. Will recommend to friends and family!
