Pésimo servicio al cliente! Por la culpa de esta clínica tuve problemas con mi DOT ya que la doctora por no ver bien registro mal mi información, más aparte que siendo el único paciente en la clínica se demoraron bastante tiempo en atenderme! Se nota que el personal ni las doctoras tienen mucha experiencia en lo que hacen, perdida de tiempo y dinero!
No recomendaría esta clinica en lo absoluto, fui a atenderme y me hicieron estudios de sangre que al final ellos la perdieron, me llamaron para que regresara a repetir los estudios y por segunda ves volvieron a perder mi sangre, me pidieron que fuera una tercera ves y la verdad no regrese mas, aparte de eso despues me llego un bill de ellos cuando perdieron mi sangre y nunca me solucionaron mi problema, pesimo servicio al cliente! Very bad experience in this clinic I had some tests and lost my blood samples twice and the manager never had any answers besides the treatment with the patients is very bad, just like the treatment of workers, I never put a foot there again, very bad experience. 🤮🤮🤮
We were in town for basketball tournaments at the SageNet Center and one of our boys rolled his ankle. Not really knowing where to go we called the closest urgent care to us. This was hands down the best experience thanks to Maria, Lupe, Carina, and Sherry! They made this such a smooth process from working with our athlete’s mom back home to giving him top notch care- bringing the wheel chair to get him from the car, making sure he was hydrated and as comfortable as possible. The staff was very nice and the doctor was understanding very helpful with my poison ivy outbreak.
