Great product and exceptional customer service! Ordered the Compass Paperweight and the Chart Metalworks team worked with me to customize the map for the perfect location and zoom, and the engraving I had chosen. The team are super nice and professional, easy to work with. They even rusged the shipping so I would receive the item in time to give as a birthday gift. Very satisfied customer! Highly recommend!

I ordered my brother a custom money clip two years ago for Christmas. The Florida heat got to it and when I called Mike for advice on how to repair he told me he was going to send a return label straight away and that they would fix it for me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of the help (and how fast it was!) especially during Christmas time! Love your products and knowing that they're coming from home!
I saw them at a boat show in South Florida and was immediately drawn to the beautiful and unique designs. I purchased a necklace to commemorate my recent wedding and I LOVE IT. The service is also excellent and I can't wait to buy even more things from them!
