Was shown the company and products by a friend and instantly thought of a bunch of different birthday / holiday gift ideas. Inquired about 7 days before a family members birthday to see if it was possible to get the custom silver necklace in time. Although I gave them a very small window the Chart employees responded quickly and effectively to make sure I got everything I needed in time.
