Truck drivers, be prepared to sit and wait, had an appointment at 10:30. No one is doing anything here. Don’t understand why schedule a appointment for loading and make the driver sit and wait, this is ridiculous, then they want it delivered on time…

Low wage for welders, and yet they expect x ray quality welds with stainless steel. Plus not all the time you will be welding, you will do other tasks like bolting & clamping, from the looks of it when i tested here, it looks like the older welders just want to milk the welding tasks while the young kids do the grunt work. This job is perfect for the high school graduate or college student that seeking work experience, not so much for the experienced welder thats focused on expanding his/her welding skills.
