The meal was very good and in-line with other chart houses I’ve been to. The view was overwhelming. The service was great. I left my card at the restaurant and the manager called to inform he found it.
We had a party in the Crockett Room, we where told stakes would be Cooked medium to medium rear to medium. The stakes came out well done and dry like cardboard it took 1.5 hrs for the food to come out. The waiting staff could not keep drinks full. The A/C was not working properly you had to use your napkin to wipe the sweat off your head. Over priced for a poor dinner experience 6/23/18
In my opinion, service should be better. Wrong dishes brought to table. Several dishes in the party were over-cooked. A/C was not adequate to cool dining area. Step up your game. It can’t only be about location, location, location.

My husband and I celebrated our 23rd Wedding Anniversary at the Chart House this past weekend. The view and the food were amazing but the staff was the absolute best! They printed us custom menus, took pics table side and were so friendly and genuine that we felt like VIP’s for sure! The chef and manager both even took a minute to check in and help us celebrate personally. We would highly recommend the Chart House for your special event!
Awesome view and the food is just AMAZING!!! My kids enjoyed too!!!! I totally give this place a huge thumbs up!!!
It was excellent. Best steak ever. Excellent service and a wonder view. Our only complaint was the AC wasn’t working well and it was quite warm in there.
