Excited to eat here drove all the way from Dallas and it was the most upsetting, dissatisfied disappointing service. Ordered a salad for my guest and my self they never came... I order a lava cake in advance due that it takes 30 min to make and to my surprise she forgot to order it.. I don’t recomendable it all
Thank you for going above and beyond for my daughter’s 9th birthday which included completely redoing her cake which collapsed en route. We really appreciate you helping make her birthday special.

This was our third time eating here , great place and good food but today it took about an hour to get a side baked potato, very unlike the service we've been used to at this location. My son liked the baked potato so asked me not to complaint. They really need to mindful of the time they take to serve as we had other plans that were affected by their delay. Saying sorry we took so long doesn't change anything.

We made a reservation 6/4 for 11 people for my daughter’s 12th birthday. She was so excited and had this planned 6 months in advance. When we arrived (an hour drive for us), I was told my reservation was only for 3. I know for a fact that I called in for 11, went into detail about names and occasions. At the end of the reservation conversation, they asked how many kids menus I needed and I said 3. Somehow the wires were crossed and the reservation was entered incorrectly.
