I have had a really great experience renting from this management. They made the application process easy and efficient. They care about fixing issues in a timely manner, and are very easy to reach. Delia has been really helpful and compassionate in all of our conversations. Thank you guys
Im dealing with Roxanna on a property she is the property manager. It hasn't been great. I rented a 2 br and she won't provide me a second key. The place was filthy when I moved in after agreeing that it would be cleaned. after the lease was signed I was ordered to pay a move in fee to rent the elevator although I still had to share the elevator with everyone.
