I went to this establishment and was excited as a new customer. The staff were extremely friendly. I showed them a picture of a nail design and nail color. The owner started my nails and halfway through, she let the other employee finish and complete my designs. I was very happy with my nails. A couple of days after my visit, a couple of my nails came off and one nail broke. I went back to the nail salon and requested that they fix my nails. The only place I go to for years. They are attentive, friendly and the salon is clean. I highly recommend this place.

I had press on nails adhered with sticky tabs that I wanted to remove without ruining the design so that I could reuse them again some day. I went to 4 salons nearby asking if they could remove the whole press on, but they all said it couldn't be done. The 4th place even burst out laughing and loudly repeated my request to the rest of the staff to ridicule me. I was ready to give up but decided to ask one last salon. I truely enjoyed my mani and pedi I had at Charming Salon in Ardmore. The two ladies did a great job on my nails and the massages (back, neck, arms, hands, legs and feet) were wonderful.
