If I could give this salon a 0 star, I would. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Karen and will not be returning. Before my appointment, my hair was waist-length after spending 4 years growing it out. I brought multiple inspiration photos and clearly explained that I wanted long layers while keeping my length. Instead of listening, Karen repeatedly commented that my hair was “damaged” simply because it’s naturally curly. Amazing place, fantastic hairdresser. Karen is a genius hairdresser and a very lovely person. Very polite, very elegant, She fixed my hair got the haircut exactly as I was hoping, same shade exactly as I wanted, got so many compliments. On the personal level she has a very kind soul, just working around you, makes you feel peace and respect. I can't thank you enough and will come back many times for sure.
