I didn't get the style I wanted. The barber spoke no English at all, so I had no way to convey what I wanted. I'm disappointed with the cut — it's also uneven

Very rude women she dosent know manners,i went to her to do hair straightening without any reason she told me i wont do and keep me waiting 20mins
I had a wonderful first experience at this salon. The stylist was very kind, polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. She did a beautiful job setting and styling my hair, and the service was very affordable. I really appreciated how supportive and professional she was. I would definitely recommend this salon to others!
Worst salon I’ve been to, never coming here again. I asked for just a trim and no layers and she said “I have to give you layers” I was continuously showing her pictures and I was telling her to stop repeatedly and she continued cutting, she cut my hip length hair into shoulder length choppy layers, absolutely horrendous, also whatever haircut you show her she does the same haircut everytime. I also brought my daughter and asked for a slight trim on her bangs and she cut all her bangs off, now she has hair that sticks up all... read more
