I was discharged and had a great experience with the team. Nurse, Kashaf has been tremendous support especially as I was very anxious given my history of miscarriages. She often works on her own and is really busy but she takes the time to listen, explain things, and make you feel heard. bad service no follow up calls, no exam results in time! one month passed now and I haven't got any diagnostic no sono report yet! The front staff seem very disorganized. Patients are routinely overbooked, which results in extremely long wait times even when appointments are scheduled in advance. I had an ultrasound appointment booked for 1:30 p.m., yet I was not seen until almost 3:00 p.m. I understand that appointments can sometimes run behind, and I am not expecting staff to rush previous patients.
