Nurse Kashaf is truly amazing. Her kindness, compassion, and deep knowledge made a difficult journey feel so much easier. She eased my stress, made me feel genuinely cared for, and supported every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful for her and the role she played in my journey.
I had a positive experience at this fertility clinic. I was scared because it was my first time at this clinic and I am new to fertility. Nurse Simrit thoroughly explained everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. She broke down things for me in simple words which I was unsure about after the initial meeting. She was empathetic, mindful, and respectful which means a lot to me. Thank you for the care and compassion Charm.

I had a very bad experience during my blood test at this clinic. The new lab technician (I think her name is charmy) was not skilled and unprofessional. I was poked multiple times, which caused me significant and unnecessary pain. The procedure was not handled properly, and I did not feel comfortable or confident in their ability. This is unacceptable, especially for a routine blood test. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training.
AVOID THIS CLINIC. Despite being under their care for almost 18 months, I have never once been seen by Dr. Migahed. Instead, my health has been managed by a revolving door of unprofessional, careless, and incompetent nurses. I have been prescribed the wrong medication twice, given totally wrong health decisions many times simply because they never read my file before seeing me, and the staff refused to even acknowledge their mistakes.
