Meant to put to review up back in January but better late than never. I went into to the store and asked for a quote to get some service done on my ring. I was rudely chased away and told to go to ‘Peoples Jewellers’ across from them as they were ‘busy’. What was funny was Charms had 2 people working there and only one other customer (in addition to me), however Peoples was packed with customers. Gina was most helpful with repairing one of our jewellery items. Her attitude & sincerity wants me to come back for more business.
I went into this location today looking for some help to buy a necklace for my husband for Christmas, I was completely ignored by staff while they helped everyone else out but me. This was very disappointing and upsetting as they were the only place that had the necklace I wanted.
My sales associate Carmela was absolutely amazing! Patient, knowledgeable and super friendly and relatable! Thank you!
