I had seen Charms in passing but it wasn't until last weekend when I went in. Lovely jewelry, bought a necklace charm. Disappointed when I found out it was gold plated and not 10k. The staff graciously ordered a piece that I found online and it was shipped to the store within 72 hours. I as given the sale price as I had seen it. The staff is lovely, especially the ladies working this past Thursday night at 5ish.
