I had the best experience today from the tall blonde lady with the Gucci belt I forgot her name I am sorry! She was amazing assisting me buy a watch. Although I did notice another lady working there that was taking off my cuff links the short brunette lady acted like she hated working there. The lady that sold me the watch was nice I asked if they could take cuff links off but then it was too tight so I asked her to put a cuff links back on and the blonde lady said she wants them off the cuff links and the brunette girl rude... read more

I had seen Charms in passing but it wasn't until last weekend when I went in. Lovely jewelry, bought a necklace charm. Disappointed when I found out it was gold plated and not 10k. The staff graciously ordered a piece that I found online and it was shipped to the store within 72 hours. I as given the sale price as I had seen it. The staff is lovely, especially the ladies working this past Thursday night at 5ish.
