I've been bringing both of my puppies here for almost a year now. Dr. Eavers and Dr. Karbonik have both been very helpful and take amazing care of my fur babies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There have been multiple occasions where I had to schedule appointments last minute, and they all go above and beyond to fit us in and make sure we are seen. I would never take them anywhere else!
My cat, Lumi, stopped eating rather unexpectedly. These lovely folks got me in for an appointment really quick, were really sincere in listening to my concerns and observations, and helped me come up with a plan to get her back on track. I was given options (and upfront, fair pricing), and allowed to come up with a plan that they helped me talk through and made me feel confident about. Charm City Veterinary hospital is the best. The doctors and staff are great. I would not take my pug anywhere else. He just had 6 extractions ,I think it was harder for me than my pug. He came through great ,I was worried due to his age ,13 but I put my faith in the doctor and her experience and Rocky didn't even appear to be in pain. There prices are reasonable as well. They definetly deserve 5 stars.
Dr. Karbonik and her staff are awesome! They do a great job from the moment you walk in the door. Adriene at the front desk is friendly and knowledgeable about services and procedures. Dr. Karbonik and staff are super throughout the exam, answering any questions I had. Plus she even followed up with me to check on my dog after our visit. They definitely make every pet and owner feel like a priority and care about the health and well-being of your pet.
I have to say, hands down the care around. Each and every person there was absolutely amazing, the Receptionist, Vet Tech and Veterinarian . We received incredible care. We went at a difficult time for an end of life evaluation. They took so much time and care with us and our beloved border collie Spirit. We left in awe of they total care we received. Dr. Eavers has been our vet for a few years now. I have a senior dog who needs lots of care and attention. She explains everything so clearly and is so good with Dutch! I can always get a hold of her whenever I have any concerns or questions. Charm City has a great and prompt staff. Our dogs will be patients for years to come!
