Are they busy... ALWAYS. But what ER is isn't. I like how they were very thorough with me. Dr. Kaplan is the best Dr I ever had and wished they were all like the way he is. I definitely did not just feel like a number and or didn't feel like he had ordered unnecessary test or procedures like other local places I know. So far I have always had a good experience here. TY for taking care of me at all the right levels.
They will leave you thinking they forgot abt you. 6 hours in waiting room, currently 2 hours in room with no intake done.
Really unbelievable how long they keep one waiting in the ER with hest pain. Initially brought in fast and then hours upon hours upon hours of waiting
Beautiful people but long, long waiting time!!
Life long friend had a heart attack and stroke, he has been at the hospital for a few weeks now. Hospital staff has been taking very good care of him. His wife has been through a lot since it happened. It helps her a lot knowing he is in good hands. From what I have seen I can say this hospital is very good. I give them the hospital, nurses, aides, doctors, kitchen staff, cleaning people and everyone else there a 5 star rating.
