My mother was sent there from urgent care. And she literally spent more than 8 hours waiting for waiting for result. Never again.
Unfortunately its normal at most ers to wait 3-6 hours so im not taking a star off for it. 7.5 hour wait for me, staff was nice and the Drs and nurses were, too, did their best to help me out. Just a really long night. So .. go into it expecting that.
I went on a busy day but was lucky enough to deal with a very pleasant female nurse, and a male NP. He was tall, with a shaved head. I wish i got his name. They both made the experience tolerable. Thanks again.
Honestly dont know why so many bad reviews I’ve been here twice over the last 6 months and never had an issue. Anyways I went in yesterday for a tick bite, omg the young male who was wearing a mask and older women who drew my blood around like 1:30, the best. Truly made me feel like they really cared about me and wasn’t just doing their job. Very kind really made my experience way better than I thought I was gonna have. Wish I could remember their names but I did pass out.
My mother was sent to the hospital via ambulance to Emergency Room , They sent her back home after several hours with the same pull up on so saturated in urine it was dripping down her legs. No one even cared she was heavily soiled in urine . I should have taken a picture of the pull-up and posted it
