RecommendedCat Care did such a great job for my kitty who was having a reaction to an ear medication. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed me what to do for home care while he's recovering. Highly recommend and will be going back!

Cville Cat Care is great! I ended up switching over from another vet and am so glad that I did. Dr. Mahanes, Dr. Egan and the vet who recently joined the practice are all super nice, thorough and great vets. Jessica at the front desk is wonderful and is always super nice and easy to talk to. Their prices are reasonable and they offer free exams for newly adopted pets. All the staff is wonderful and the vet techs are kind handle the animals with care. I only wish they would see dogs too! :)
My kitten is currently in their care getting spayed and they’ve sent me email updates several times already. The care they provide is first rate and they are really dedicated to preventative care. They want your cat to live it’s best life! My older cat has been going to them for several years and I’ve been continually impressed with the level of care and communication they provide. Thank you Cat Care Clinic for being the best!
I just finished up an appointment for my cats Charlie and Isabel and they received the most thoughtful and personal service possible from Dr. Mahanes and Stacey. They have been patients of Cat Care since they joined our family 13 years ago and the Cat Care family has helped us through so many issues with kindness and carin that Charlie and Isabel voluntarily climb into the cat carrier when i set it out. Dr. Mahanes and Dr. Egan saved the life of our brown tabby kitten. He had severe digestive issues which became apparent after I brought him home at 3 months old. Two other veterinary establishments treated him with no success. He was losing weight instead of gaining. Severe diarrhea was obviously painful for him. Then I decided to bring him to C'ville Cat Care where the docs worked together to find a diet he wasn't "allergic" to. They were successful and today our Sam is one year old and a thriving 9.2 lbs. Had the pleasure of visiting Charlottesville Cat Care Clinic this week. I took my boy SNOWFLAKE (My cat) to see Dr. Mahanes about a concern. This is one of the most professional places I have ever taken a pet to. The staff is totally professional and the service I received was outstanding.
