Had an exceptional experience today with Kelly Miller (stylist/manager). I wanted to chop my long locks and go short for the first time in my adult life. She listened to exactly what I wanted, was patient, skilled and a complete professional. I was so anxious to pull the trigger on this cut and had mulled it over for months. Because of Kelly I know I made the right decision and she helped me to feel confident about my new look. I am excited for future experiences with Kelly at Charlotte Thomas.
The salon is gorgeous and I absolutely loved my cut and color. It's a must!
You can tell when you first step into Charlotte Thomas you are in for a unique experience. Not only did they do a wonderful job transforming an old bank into a modern salon (even using the vault as their color room)... ALL of the little details they thought of, including a jar of quarters for clients to use if they have to pay for meter parking, was impressive!
