We received a coupon in the mail, but had to go to guest services to get it. When we found guest services they said they were out. Only reason we drove here was because of the coupon, so don’t waste your time if you have one!!!
They could DEFINITELY stand to hire better security. My best friend found a dog locked in a car yesterday for over an hour and when she told a security guard about it she said “yeah I know I saw it too” and drove away. She called the Char Meck non-emergency line and they got there after about an hour. Non-shopping related rating, but super frustrating that the security staff wouldn’t do anything to help the situation. That’s just NOT okay.
New mall should have much better WiFi.
