Do not use a credit card or debit card at old navy! I had a new card only used it there then 1500$ of stuff was spent on it!! Not safe they need to fix their systems

Our experience at the New Balance store at Charlotte Premium Outlets was amazing. Danielle was wonderful, supportive, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and very patient. We needed special support shoes for my nephew and she was awesome!! She asked questions to make sure she understood what we needed. Not enough parking. Not really outlet prices. Need more store variety. Mostly clothes and shoes. Need Factory Direct Tools and the like in diversity to get me back. Drove up from Columbia and I was very disappointed. On the bright side it wasn’t too awful hot.

RecommendedThe service and alterations were reasonably priced and the work was excellent! Tin went above and beyond on my sister-in-law's wedding dress by color coordinating the buttons on her bustle to make it easier for us to figure it out on the big day. She also made our bowties with Velcro so that they could be adjustable and we wouldn't have to deal with learning how to tie them. This clever thoughtfulness really brought her service above and beyond!
