I have not worked with someone more professional and attentive than Charlotte. She knows the Austin market. She's a pleasure to work with.
Absolutely terrible! Awful! Called them last year. My guy who answered the phone seemed ok. I didn't realize he was a dummy till the next day. I almost lost a fortune on a home that had foundation problems because the big dummy didn't check it correctly. Don't work the guy missing a front tooth.
Charlotte and her team are a DREAM to work with. I cannot imagine using any other real estate agent in town. My husband and I used Charlotte when buying our first home in Zilker and she made the entire process smooth as silk. She is the best!
