It was a pleasure working with Charlotte and her team. I had a difficult situation, but she stayed right there with me. I appreciate her going the extra mile. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly so I could understand all my options that was available. I was really happy with the service, if you are looking to purchase a home, I would highly recommend her.
We were promised our earnest money deposit back if we did not get approved for our loan and charlotte stopped answering the phone and ghosted when we got denied. She is a fraudulent person, she over promises and under delivers. She never showed us houses and made us do all the leg work just to take our money.
It’s been a pleasure working with Charlotte and her team. I was able to find my home that exceeded all my expectations. They helped me and explained everything to me. As a first time buyer I had no clue what I was doing. I’m so happy I was referred to her. I’m excited to start making memories in my new house. Thank you Charlotte & Chris.
