The office and staff were friendly and professional. But, I called and discussed becoming a patient, gave them my insurance information and they said they accepted my insurance. Had my 1st visit, went very well. Staff was better than expected.... then hit me with a bill! Sorry , we don’t take your insurance. I guess it’s my fault for believing them when they said they accepted my insurance. I contacted the billing to plead my circumstance, they ignored me, just wanted their money. RecommendedI've been a customer for a long time and recently needed work due to a cracked tooth. I stopped in to make an appointment but they were able to get me in immediately and fix me up! Great man with a awesome staff, I HIGHLY recommend.
RecommendedI had a serious toothache/abscess that needed attention. They got me in the day after I called. Put me on antibiotics and scheduled me the next week for extraction. That afternoon the pain got very severe. I called back in and due to a cancellation they got me in the next day. Painless extraction. Extremely friendly staff and Dr Godola was great!
Great staff, great Dentist. Highly recommended.
