My service today was excellent. I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years. They are flexible when I have to change an appointment and do everything to help accommodate my schedule.
Dr. Menaker was my dentist for many years but unfortunately had to leave twice because of change of insurance. This time I came back even though I do not have the insurance they take. So I'll have a pay more out of my pocket but it is well worth it. Dr. Menaker is extremely professional, and personable. I've been a patient of Dr. Menaker for MANY years and have since come to embrace the same high quality care that Dr. Rodney provides. I had to have 2 fillings replaced today by Dr. Menaker (wearing away and becoming irritating) as well as a buff down of some sharp edges from an old crown. Was in the chair within minutes of my 0840 appointment, numbed up quickly and walking out the door at 0920. My mouth feels normal again. Dr. Rodney filled a cavity. She was very clear and explained everything before she did it. She was very thorough and made sure there were no rough spots.
They are always great for our regular visits. Today we had an emergency and they got us in right away and were caring and compassionate. They helped to calm my daughter's fears and made a bad situation better. I would recommend them to anyone.
Always a pleasant experience to have a cleaning and such wonderful and cheerful care.
